Our Therapists: All therapists are certified and
have been trained in their areas of expertise. Continuing education
is a priority for all therapists.
Appointments: It is best to call at least one week
in advance of the appointment date you want, however, we will try to
accommodate any emergency needs by providing an appointment time with
an available therapist.
Hours: We are open daily, Monday through Saturday,
by appointment. Our hours are flexible so we can accommodate the needs
of our clients. Not all therapists are available every day.
Cancellation and Appointment Time Policies: We require
at least a two-hour notice for all cancellations. Cancellations not
made within this time frame may be charged at the full price for the
scheduled service. We realize there can be emergency situations and
will be understanding is this should happen. Please be courteous of
your therapist(s) by being punctual. Clients that are late for appointments
will be charged their full rate but will be treated for the remaining
scheduled time. This policy is for courtesy to other scheduled clients.
Payment Policy: Payment is due at the time of service.
If you feel your service may be covered by insurance it is your responsibility
to file for reimbursement. We will be happy to provide you with a receipt
for all provided services. We request payment by cash or personal check.
To pay by credit card, you may be charged an additional fee.
